MASAŞ offers decorative / fancy metal boxes to various sectors such as food, medical, cosmetics, stationery and garment to be used as promotional products and packages.

MASAŞ is an integrated facility. With its design and R&D department, graphics studio, Offset printing press and CNC-equipped molding workshop incorporated into the facility, MASAŞ is proud of meeting all your requirements in the metal packaging field.

Our main principle is to deliver the best quality to our customers on time through fast service and convenient prices.

Our daily production capacity is 100.000 pieces in 8 different forms. Although our production with 120 employees is aimed at the domestic market, we are currently exporting to more than 46 countries including EU members.

Our products are more than 110 different forms, consisting mainly of two or three-pieces round, square, heart-shaped, oval and polygonal metal boxes and metal trays, metal coasters and metal plate and the number increases everyday.

DESIGN / PRINTING

Graphics Studio: Our ability to adapt an existing design onto the box and/or make the changes required provides our customers with savings in time and money.

Customer satisfaction increases thanks to our latest technology printing press machine which enables us to take proper care of the designs.

The varnish options after the printing can be matt or bright. We are also able to offer you locally matt/bright options which will color up your designs.

EMBOSSING : Through the embossing mold production technology incorporated in our facility, we can add different and innovative designs to the products.

The embossing may not only be inside-out or outside-in, it could be 3D as well. With embossing, it is possible to add maximum visual quality and a sense of touch to the imprints of photographs, graphics and logos making your products unique and memorable.

PACKAGING : The fact that we can fill the boxes with the products either sent by our customers or supplied by us (products such as sponge, catalogues, packaged food products, cosmetics, or tongue depressors, cotton and tissues for medical companies) provides our customers with savings in time, logistics and costs.

Our on-time delivery rate is 99,8%.
